Assistant ($199/mo): everything in Receptionist, plus real-time web voice — a “Press to Speak” button on your site, powered by the web voice engine (no phone line required) — with live transcripts and voice, tone and personality tuning.

Business ($399/mo): everything in Assistant, plus a professionally built and managed website (custom design, mobile optimized, fast hosting, SEO ready, integrated with REIA), a custom domain, omni-channel AI across website chat, voice and Messenger, priority support, and a quarterly performance review.

No. There is no setup, deployment or onboarding fee — we removed it. Custom intelligence training on your services, multilingual setup, calendar and lead-management configuration, and launch testing are included in every plan. Your first charge is on day 8, after the free trial ends.

No. During the 7-day trial you have full access to your chosen plan and you are not charged. A valid credit card is required to start the trial so the subscription can continue automatically — but if you cancel before day 7, you pay nothing at all. There is no setup fee to pay at the start either.

Most businesses are live within 3 to 5 business days. Once you sign up, we hold a discovery session to learn your business logic. We then engineer the AI, test the integrations, and launch it on your channels. You can use the trial while this happens.

Yes. REIA checks availability and books the appointment, with the booking and the customer’s details recorded in your REIA dashboard and alerting you immediately. If you need bookings to land directly in your own Google Calendar or Outlook, that is a custom integration add-on — ask us for a quote.

The moment REIA captures a lead or books an appointment, you receive an instant alert via email and Telegram with the customer’s details and a summary of the conversation. Every lead, transcript and booking is also stored in your dashboard and can be exported as CSV.

Every conversation, booking and follow-up is stored in your REIA dashboard and exportable as CSV. Direct sync into a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, or into Google Sheets, is available as a custom integration add-on — we scope and quote it individually.

Your business evolves, and so does REIA. If you change your pricing, services, or hours, just let us know. Assistant and Business plans include priority knowledge updates — we typically update REIA’s “brain” within 24–48 hours of your request.

During your trial you have full access to your chosen tier.

• Love the results? Do nothing — your subscription continues automatically on day 8.
• Not the right fit? Cancel before day 7 and you won’t be charged a cent.

• Upgrade (e.g. Receptionist → Assistant or Business): new features unlock immediately.
• Downgrade: the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

No. All REIA plans are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business every single month. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard.

We offer generous fair-use limits on all plans that cover 95% of small businesses. If your site or social media goes viral and REIA handles an extreme volume of traffic, we’ll contact you to discuss a high-volume “Pro” tier. We never “shut off” your AI mid-month without warning.

Yes. Many clients use the Business Plan to get a “Performance Refresh.” We can either build a new high-speed site for you or create a dedicated AI-powered landing page that lives alongside your current site. The website build is included in the monthly Business price — there is no separate setup fee.

• You own all your branding, images, and customer data.
• REIA manages the hosting, security, and AI maintenance — the website itself is a fully managed service.
• If you cancel, the site and AI features are deactivated at the end of your billing cycle.

While our AI is highly advanced, it is trained on the data you provide. During onboarding, we conduct “Launch Testing” to ensure accuracy. If you notice an error, you can report it, and we will adjust REIA’s logic immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
